Ramon is a seasoned management professional with over 35 years experience in various production and executive roles in the mining and extractive industries. He is a founding member of the ARC Team which developed the ARC Process™ and provided some of the key innovative features of the technology. He will continue to play a key role in developing and commercialising the technology as well as the expansion of the business globally.

Paul Brenton

Paul is a CPA with 29 years in accounting, corporate finance and commerce. Before joining ARC Ento Tech Ltd, Paul held the position of CFO at a national property development and construction group, an ASX-listed Diversified Mining Contractor with operations in Australia and the USA, and a UK AIM-listed Mining and Civil Earthworks Contractor.

Tassie Mortys

Tassie is an entomologist with a strong background in animal science and zoology, holding a Master of Research (Science) from Western Sydney University. At ARC, she oversees daily site operations, working closely with the production team to ensure efficient cultivation and maintenance of the Black Soldier Fly population. Her expertise in insect science and commitment to innovation help drive ARC’s waste management solutions and circular resource recovery process.

With over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, Stuart brings expertise in revenue growth, strategic partnerships and leading high-performance sales teams. Extensive experience in waste, environmental management and sustainability, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal benchmarks, will be key to enhancing ARC's presence in the market.

Warren Penny is a veteran project leader with over 25 years of experience managing complex engineering and infrastructure programs across energy, mining, and sustainable technologies. As Project Director at ARC Ento Tech, he leverages his deep expertise in EPC delivery and stakeholder engagement to drive the commercial deployment of cutting-edge waste-to-resource solutions.

Woodie McClean

Woodie brings extensive hands-on experience in site management and operations within resource recovery. At ARC, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the facility, coordinating the production team, and ensuring all processes run smoothly and safely. With a practical approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on efficiency, Woodie plays a key role in supporting ARC’s mission to turn waste into valuable resources.

Steve McGrath

Steve is a key member of the ARC Ento Tech team, responsible for building customer relationships and driving adoption of our waste collection and diversion services. Steve works directly with warehouses, manufacturers, and local businesses to understand site requirements, develop practical service solutions, and guide customers from initial enquiry through to onboarding. With a clear focus on outcomes, reliability, and long-term partnerships, he helps connect ARC’s circular processing capabilities with the organisations looking to reduce landfill, improve compliance, and create real sustainability impact.
