Our modular ARCProcess units co-locate at councils and industrial sites to rapidly stabilise organics, recover materials, and divert up to 95% of inputs from landfill. On the organics side, controlled BSFL bioconversion turns food residues into soil-building frass and insect protein/oil; in parallel, our resource-recovery line converts hard-to-recycle plastics and residuals into SynCoal™, a low-emission carbon reductant that substitutes for coking coal. We design, deliver, and operate end-to-end assets intake, preprocessing, BSFL conversion, and finishing, providing a scalable circular solution (and a viable alternative to traditional FOGO pathways) that helps communities close the loop, reliably and on schedule.
