HOW WE DO IT

The ARC Process™

ARC Ento Tech is redefining waste management through our patent-pending Recover, Reform, Repurpose system — powered by the Black Soldier Fly and advanced engineering.

Our continuous, circular process is designed to: RECOVER valuable resources from waste streams. REFORM them through innovative processing. REPURPOSE them into environmentally sustainable, commercially viable products


  • We collect and process mixed organic and inorganic waste streams, including food scraps, plastics, and other putrescible materials. Instead of being buried in landfill, these waste streams are recovered as raw resources for transformation.


  • with our Bio Process; the Black Soldier Fly cleans inorganic waste & consumes organics mixed with plastics.

    Using our Mechanical Process; through screening, shredding, granulating and extrusion.

    • Nature’s Bio-Process: The Black Soldier Fly larvae consume organic waste, even when it’s mixed with plastics, rapidly converting it into nutrient-rich outputs. Their unique biology also helps clean and separate inorganics.

    Mechanical Process: Waste is further screened, shredded, granulated, and extruded, ensuring organics and inorganics are separated, purified, and prepared for their next life cycle.


  • Repurposing into our products; Syncoal, ARC Soil, ARC Protein & ARC Oil

    Recovered resources are transformed into high-value, sustainable commodities:

    • ARC Protein – A high-quality insect meal, rich in essential amino acids, offering a sustainable alternative to soy and fishmeal for livestock and aquaculture.

    • ARC Soil – Insect frass fertiliser packed with organic carbon, nitrogen, chitin, and micronutrients to improve soil health and crop resilience.

    • ARC Oil – A bio-oil and potential feedstock for pharmaceutical and industrial applications.

    SynCoal™ – An innovative, sustainable substitute for coking coal, providing a viable carbon and hydrogen source for industrial and engineering uses.
